SA SCHOOL SPORTS VOUCHERS of 2 x $100.00 are claimable for all students up to and including year 9. 

These can be used twice per calendar year or both for the same sport. Make sure you scroll to the bottom of the page to find the check box. You will need your Medicare card number and the players ID number which is shown on your Medicare card to complete the voucher.
